November 19th, 2008 - Hanover, New Hampshire

My father, John Michael Hayes, who made his career as a Hollywood screenwriter for over 40 years, died of natural causes Wednesday, November 19th, at the Kendal at Hanover retirement community in Hanover, New Hampshire.

I discussed my father's life and career briefly on our "Crazy for LIberty" radio show for Sunday, November 30th.  (Even though Dad died before the previous week's show, I waited until the 30th, because the family had not yet made the formal announcemnt.)  That show will be posted shortly.  The portion cooncerning my father is at about 35 minutes into the hour - so slightly less than that when  the commercials are removed.
