Americans for Prosperity (http://www.americansforprosperity.org/index.php) have an online petition at www.savethesurplus.org, asking that Georgia's tax surplus be reserved for tax relief, rather than being spent in the General Fund.  Check it out.  (And if you don'tthink tax relief is a good thing, I think you may be here by accident.)
